1. The introductory session
One online session for owners and executives. We start with AI, because that’s where data is leaking fastest and least noticed. Then we cover the questions every organisation should be able to answer: where are your backups, can you restore them, what happens when a supplier is breached, and could you leave?
You leave with:
- An AI work record: a template for keeping what goes into and comes out of each piece of AI work in your own files.
- A decision register template, for recording what was decided, by whom, and with what help.
- A data inventory template, to map the data you can’t run without.
- A checklist of the wider questions: backups, restores, supplier breaches and exit terms.

2. Work with us
We set up how your organisation keeps its AI work in its own hands: the record of what goes in and out, and the register of what’s decided. For the wider problems (backups, security, contracts), we bring in specialists we trust and work alongside them, so you deal with one plan rather than five suppliers.
